That was way cool. What is your way?
"You know, sneak up on him and bash his head in with a rock."
Well. Your way isn't very sportsmanlike...

Enjoy ;)
1. Load warpstars object in Layout.
2. Press d to bring out Preferences and set Grid Square Size to 50m
3. Hit object (O) press p to bring out Properties panel and under Render tab turn on Distance Dissolve and set Max Distance to 7 km. Also turn off Self Shadow, Cast Shadow and Receive Shadow.
4. Go to Surface Editor, select surface for stars, select color of your choice (in my case light blue R:G:B=206:228:253)
Under Andvenced tab (Surface editor) set Glow Intensity to 20%, then go to Scene > Image Processing and check Enable Glow, set intensity to 45%, and Glow Radius to 12pixels
5. Bring out Camera Properties, set Motion Blur to Normal and Blur Length to 90%.
6. Go to Scene > Image Processing > Add Image Filter > Corona > Properties, Set Input Threshold to 45%, Strength to 65% and Size to 30,
7. Bring out Light Properties, set Light Type to Area Light, and Intensity to 200%. Press m to bring out Motion Option for Light and Parent Light to Camera.

Thanks for this.
I think this will be better than doing it using Photoshop where I had to create a different image for each frame, then play it back as a movie within LightWave.
