I was loooking at one of the tutorials and it says it for VT[3] but looking at the screenshots it seems its for VT[4] not VT[3].

Heres a link to the tutorial I got stuck on.

Where is the Motion Builder in VT-Edit on VT[3]?

That actually looks like VT2. VT3 and 4 have the Control Tree and the tab at the bottom that reads Positioner. Very user friendly, very fast, much better than VT2 if only because you have Z axis rotation.

There is no motion Builder in VT[3] or [4]. Thats a VT[2] feature. It was replaced by the 3D postioner in VT[3]. Which is alot better and more flexable.

Thanks. I'll have to play with that some more then. :)

I wish they still had Motion Builder as another option.

Once you use positioner you won't miss motion builder.

I nevered used VT[2]. Thank goodness I guess. I'm getting VT[4] soon for one reason fix that green screen problem and be able to work with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint. We really need that PowerPoint feature so we are upgrading the system we recently got. We just bought VT[3] recently and then I saw VT[4] was released, I was like "Ahhh!" :D

I'm having fun working these old Cameras we got by hooking up the tally light on it to work with the VT setup.

I guess I'll have to work with what I got without Motion Builder.

Go into the postitioner -- nothing missed.

Motionbuilder was a poor implementatioin of a great idea. The positioner is a much better realization.
