Thought I would throw in a sample of what I've been working on. With a lot of help and information from lots of different sources, (Al Street, MWolf, CLarkin), it has finally all fallen into place. The firm I work for has seen the value in this, so they're allowing to work on more visualization projects. Thanks to everyone. :D

Hey 3Djab, nice work, well done & thanks!
Nice job but you have texture issues all throughout your work. If you could iron all that out the piece would really shine.

Thanks. Trust me, I'm very aware of the texture issues. (Lower corner of the building bottom right, the Vitek building stretching in the front, the roof tile size and placement) I'm pressed for time and the main focus of the animation that I'm creating are the cars. (If I can get the scene to "closely" represent the study area, they're happy with that.) I work for a transportation consulting firm and all they really care about is the fact that the cars are moving and in a way that truly represents analyzed traffic conditions, present and future. I could go on, but let's just say that 6 months ago, they couldn't even get a box to follow a path in 3D Studio Max. I introduced them to Lightwave, and through some help and research, we were able to get Vissum traffic data into Lightwave as motion paths. (Al Street's Transmotion Pack) In the future, I hope the projects will allow me more time to concentrate on the "details". Keep the comments comin' though. Makes me more aware of what I need to work on in the future. :D
