2-point Motion Stabilization - how?

could someone (anyone) gimme a quick tutorial/rundown on how to use the so-called "2-point Motion Stabilization"?

I dont know,but I'm finding the supporting documents pretty lame.
No clue of how to do anything with the major plugins.
To be truthful I'm glad this isnt a paid update.
