linking qtvr panorama with 3d animation

wondering if anyone might be able to help me with this task:
I would like to create a rendered walkthrough animation (using Viz6/Max6) but I would to make this animation interactive with hot spots that activate- panorama qtvr that in turn have hot spots that take you to some other animation. I am looking into getting software that allows me to do this but can't seem to figure out which one I should use- or even if what i am trying to is at all possible.

any thoughts are greatly appreciated..

I'm working on a similar problem, I was looking at using flash and director to pull all the elements together. I will keep you posted as to how it works out.

I think there is a vr authoring tool , it starts with VRTools... cant remember the exact name....

I have been successful at making vr panoramas and linkling panoramas to other panoramas is no problem--however my main challenge is to link the panoramas to a 3d animation created in 3d viz and create hot spots in that 3d animation that link back to the cr panorama..
any thoughts on how to do this?
