DDR Preference Setting

There are several options in the preferences for DDR performance. Could somebody comment on how to set DDR preferences for maximum performance, and what the individual settings are all about?

Steve,
This to prioritize DDR performance.
Are you playing back lower thirds and RTV's only?
Low is fine.
Are you doing this as part of a live switch? Use Medium.
Are you playing back DVE's and subprojects within DDR? Go to High.
As for the CPU settings, it should match the VT-Edit settings, and is usually within the ballpark if you run Autoconfig.
