FX 6800 and Maya/Lightwave users

Does anyone who had bought the new FX 6800 with Maya/Lightwave have any experiences that they would like to share ?

I'm wanting to make sure my upgrade is not a downgrade . . .

Haven't got one (yet ;)) but on reviews alone I'd have thought there's no way in hell that this card could be bettered at the moment - just buy it!
