Help! upload problem

I'm trying to upload some footage to a post in another forum. First, I got a message saying unable to connect to the server. I thought maybe my file was too large(I didn't see any guidlines). Then I rendered the file again at 1/2 the original size and attached it. This time the reply went through but the gif was not there. Is there something I'm missing?

Send it to me and I'll try uploading it. It's not bigger then 5MB in size is it? (I hope not, that would be a damn big gif!)
