I am having a weird problem, where after connecting one object with the other, by making polygons between their points, i have this weird glitch, where i can see the line made where the objects were connected:

Here are the polygons that i created to connect hollow cylinder with the hollow ball on the bottom:

This Line persists after i render it out too:

What is causing this, and how can i fix it?
Thank you for your generous help, o great gods of Lightwave.

Looks like either you have a polingon inside, like a lid that goes all the way around, or you have 2 point polygons in there, you could also use a few more subdivisions to smooth the transition, but the line on the bottom picture would still show, Also play around with the smoothing angle and see the difference.

the polygons are 4 point polygons. I created them by selecting 4 points, 2 from the top cylinder, and 2 from the bottom ball.

that line seems like a crack in material or something, but it should all be solid.

What Danner mentioned:
press m and merge points
change to polygon modus
press w
check polygon statistics for polygons with less than 3 vertices, delete them,
check for polys with more than 4 vertices, maybe there is one all around your "creack"

Hi.
In your wireframe it looks like there is a band of polygons connecting the inside and the outside, like a bridge, right there where you made the markercircle. It seems to be the rim of your original bowl, before you connected the neck to it. Remove those and it should look nice.
