Hi folks,

this is my current WIP character, which is a bit influenced by the "Dark Sun" scenario.The textures are mostly SimbiontLW.
My main problem during modeling is to get stuff right like leather bracelets or other things that needs to fit the skin tightly.
Is there any trick on how to make stuff like that match the skin contour/flow easily ? I think in other apps You can project splines on a poly surface...

the best way i know of to do what your asking is to copy the geom for the area your workin on, ie, wrist, chest etc. copy and paste that into another layer and smooth shift etc from that.

There a a couple of plugs here- http://www.ribsngibs.com/pages/CG/plugins/plugins.html that may do what you are asking but you may want to model the clothes as part of the character, else I find it hard to deform without the clothing intersecting the body of the character.
