I would say way too much ambient lighting right now. The image seems very washed out so it's a little difficult to really give crits on the texturing/modelling.

Maybe add a couple of brighter spots and use radiosity.

Ok, one thing I can add that I forgot to mention: there should be more bright light around the flames...

nice, looks kinda big to me... but i love the texturing.

and i agree with adrian, more light from the torches!
