I'd like to be able to add notes to a file without dropping it into a timeline first. For example, we sometimes record several stand up spots at one time and we make notes as to when each should air, whether they were over/under time, etc. Macromedia Dreamweaver has a feature like this that is quite handy (I believe they store the notes as a separate text file that the program refers to). I know that you can do this once you've dropped a file into the timeline, but it would be great to have it standalone.

Good point - it would be nice if "Comment" was added to the right-click context menu for Audio and Video filteypes. As well, making "Comment" a column that can be added to the filebin display (like size, etc.) would be useful.

Coming in [3], guys.
You will be able to add any parameter as a new column in File Bin's details view, and add to them right there.
