LW to VT[2] output file

I have a VT[2] (no funds for VT[3] yet) and LW[8]. How do I render my outputs to VT[2]. I don't want stills I prefer an rtv video file or something like that. I tried to render with the avi for Video Toaster Uncompressed but I keep getting a streaming error message in LW. I also used the DirectShow Video Toaster Uncompressed but that just sits there at frame 1 forever with the simplist animation. I could render to an avi Full Uncompressed but it doesn't play smoothly on my system.

Setup:
Windows XP
VT[2]
LW[8]
Dual Xeon 3.2
2 Gigs Ram

Yeah, I know. An expensive hobby.

To make this work you will need to copy these files into your LightWave\Programs folder:

beethoven.dll
nt_tools.dll
proof.dll
newtekrtme.dll

You will also need to copy the lw6_vt.p file over from your VT[2] folder and add the plugin to LW[8].

Will copying the files effect VT[2]? I noticed when I had those files in the DVECreation application the VT[2] complained about them during the initial setup script and told me that it seemed as though I had multiple installs. Is that just a warning and ok if they exist in multple location?

Should not have any affect on VT[2].
