What's up with that? Tried to contact CS today, and get this recorded message. Is everyone out to lunch, or is there not sufficient staffing to answer the phone? For a company during regular business hours, this is not a good thing.
Update:
Finally got a person (90 minutes later, tried again), and as usual, CS was polite, courteous and professional -- yeah, Melissa!!!! But, got disconnected half-way thru the call with a busy signal, then couldn't get thru again (continuous busy signal). I think I can chalk everything up to technical difficulties, which is understandable. Hey, happens to the best of us occasionally, right (the key word decribing NT there is BEST).
