Make preview problem

A guy Ì work with asked me to help him with his problem, after pressing the make preview button he gets an error "Can´t set AVI stream format".

I can`t help me there because this function doesn't even work with me, LW 7.5 crashes quicker than you can blink! Whatever codec I use!!!

Any ideas would be appreciated.

try holding down on the preview button and scrolling down to where it says "preview options". When you click on that it will bring up a box to choose which codec. Also where it says "save file as", you can use QuickTime instead of AVI if there is no way around.
