Saving IK?

I searched the forums and my manual but couldn't find an answer to my question, please assist me.

I have set up my character with IK and the whole nine, and now I want to bring him into another scene I have already set up. How do I keep his IK goal nulls and all that? Is there a way to save the model, the IK and the nulls and import that into another scene?
