Incremental Save not working in LW8

can anyone check this, running Lightwave 8 modeller, using the incremental saver I get an error saying "illegal arithmetic operation on data type".

You must save your object for the first time before incremental works. It works here if I do that.

it's working for me as well--for both modeller and layout.

hmmm yes OK it works with new objects, in order for me to do an incremental save on an old model (nothing clever just some extruded text) I had to "save as" before it would allow me to do the incremental save.
