More power to Lee and all he's done but let's be fair...

There's gonna be a great feeding frenzy as they try to fill the void. All good for the consumer.

Im not sure how much of a feeding frenzy there will be. I accompanied Lee on parts of his tours and was impressed by several things. He was a very good teacher and knew how to get the point across. I couldnt believe how much he was willing to endure to do the seminars. I dont know how many people could put up with the amount of work he put into it for such a small return. This last time around he spent a lot of time sleeping in his car. Maybe theres a lot of people who dont mind going thru that. :)

See Larry,
I tried to avoid any names. ;) But yes, there will be a great mass of training material to hit the airwaves in short order now that lw8 is out.

This is not a bad thing. I say, "Thank Goodness!!" because even I am encouraged that the prices are within my Indy in Indy budget.

And I was not, by any stretch of the (my) imagination, attempting to speak pejoratively of Lee and his training efforts: his was the first LW training I ever had when they bought me that Alpha...

Mayhaps the training won't be live but the amount of sharing will be as great if not greater. Hopefully Lee will have a way back into the game in that manner: with his own set of DVDs for training. At that juncture, perhaps I'd get his instead of yours. ;)

Believe me Id love to see Lee come back. Ive worked with him for a long time and we chat on a regular basis. Hes pretty much sold everything he has thats LW or Toaster related at this point I think some of it is on ebay right now. I think he decision to focus on his family and work on some other things is a good one for him and his family. Unfortunately I dont think we will see him back in the LW training fold for a long time, if ever.

SHOWER?! Lee don't need no stinking shower! ;)

Seriously, whatver he was making, it wasn't enough.

BTW Larry,

what is Lee doing, if he is not lecturing 3D ?
I really enjoyed his training last year in Amsterdam, please wish him good luck if you talk to him next time.

See you
Robinson :)

Matt,
I think he was able to shower and clean up at the hotels where the seminars were held. Not a fun way to go about it. :)

Robinson,
Hes finished up some DFX training materials and is focusing on developing stock footage. Heres some early stuff hes got on ebay: http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=stranahan&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=50
