Any texturing videos to download??

Hi,
Does anyone know of a texturing mov, avi, etc... that shows the basics or more.
I have read the lightwave reference and inside lightwave 7 but am looking for someone working in real time to learn from.

well on lightwave3d.com there is a tutorial for texturing if you want to look at http://www.newtek.com/products/lightwave/tutorials/surface/texturing_for_dummies-001/index.html i'm not sure if there is an avi anywhere
