I render LightWave images at 720 x 486 Pixel Aspect Ratio .9
In Digital Fusion, is Aspect Ratio 1 : 1.111 the same as .9 ?

Yes. Most tools in fusion are based on the images width, ie a value from 0 to 1. So we opt to scale the height of the image up rather than the width down to 0.9:1.
