Can't capture 480i only 486

We're capturing RTV uncompressed files for DVD authoring. I set the toaster capture for 720x480i, but it always captures the video at 720x486i. The newtek tech support person tried it himself and the same thing happens, but he had no solution..

Maybe a bug?

I know I can crop to 480 in the Mpeg Encoder, but it's just more work for the encoder to do and we're doing feature legnth stuff, so it makes a difference.

Check your audio settings for capture. If they don't match your video settings, they used to over-ride the video. I had this problem about a year ago so I don't recall the specifics at the present time.
