Modeler UI button config - How make it default?

I have added Edge tools under construct/Subdivide.
When I relaunch modeler it doesnt see them and I have to re add them again, or save the config and load it evertime, how can I make it load it upon loading modler default?

It should stick. when you close modeler it gets written into the prefs/config.

did you - open mdlr > menu-mdlr > edit plugins > add plugins > done.

then, menu-mdlr > interface > edit menu layout > done.

close mdlr

i moved some UI stuff around just the other day and it's all fine.

i'm on a mac, 7.5c
