Brief desc. of the lscripts included in LW 7.5?

I'm learning LScript.

I noticed that my installation of LW 7.5 includes an LScript directory, with a bunch of little scripts.

Is there a brief description anywhere of what each of these scripts does?

I mean, I can start opening them one by one to take a look - but if anyone has written down an overview, that would save time / get me oriented more quickly. :)

I'm at work but I believe Dan Ablan's book Inside Lightwave 7 includes an appendix for all the plugins describing them. This is a good overall book to get a handle on the basics. The Lightwave Primer is good too.
