lw_textureenvironment plugin info plz!

I'm looking for a certain plugin -lw_textureenvironment plugin if u havent noticed :), basicially ive searched the net and sites, forums and i found links of tuts to the plugin, but no main site, no download, so whats the deal?

Someone bought em out, changed name?

Well can u guys help me out or give me a link to a suitable replacement?

you don't need to download it, it comes as part of the standard install for LightWave.

you'll find it under the 'Effects' Panel -> 'Backdrop' Tab -> 'Add Environment' popup menu.
