I`m talking to myself. Ignore me.
Thanks Mike for explaining :) But just how many posts does it take to become a `Member` I wonder? Somewhere in the 40s or 50s by the look of things.
It is confusing language, though. Why not `Novice Member`?

I've been using LW for over 2 years and I still feel like a newbie. I suppose you can start a bogus thread and just crank out the messages one after the other. hehehe Hey, where is that Notepad thread?:p

good point. You can also do it by typing single words in posts to form a sentence when the posts are all lined up ;):D

Thanks for listening, Newtek! There`s no confusion about `Newbie Member`.
Mind you, I`m starting to think that the titles should be:-
Taciturn Member
Loquacious Member
Verbal Diarrhoea Member
:D

This is my attempt to un-junior-ize myself.
Did it work?

Gee. I'm still a newbie.
So where does one go around posting non-sensical messages to become a veteran? :-/

hehe, you have got to have more posts than me and I am still a newby, though I was a member already, dotn know what they did, but I was set back to neebie and others too...
Hmm wonder how many more posts I will need...
OK this post was more or less useless, but it is another one on my list.

Once you're a senior member, does it fall off???
oxyg3n
02-15-2003, 01:11 AM
Well, I thought that I was going to be a member at 40 and now I am almost at fifty. But now I am not sure I want that to happen, cause what if after member there is senior member and Schwing's predictions comes true?
Spankdaddy, you may be closeest thing we have to a senior member, tell us what happens when that happens!
Skonk
02-15-2003, 01:50 PM
you used to hit "Member" at 30 and "Senior Member" at 100, but not long after i became a senior it droped me back to member lol :)
James..
as if "junior" wasn't bad enough, now i'm a "newbie"? most geeks consider "newbie" an insult...
Alec Trevelyan
02-15-2003, 11:53 PM
that's because it IS an insult!! I demand satisfaction!!:D:D
