Audio Mixer - PAD

Hello- I am very new to the Toaster 2 and this question might be very dumb. In fact I will probably kick myself for asking it. However, due to the fact I have wasted hours of my life trying to find something simple I am sure. Where is the "PAD" that is mentioned in the manual? The PAD controls the sensitivity of the input? I have tried right clicking, pressing the alt key, standing on my head with a arm in the arm and nothing seems to make a difference. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

I presume you are talking about the balanced MIC inputs on the SX-8...

I too have tried to pad these down to line levels... no luck.

So I run a board into the line-level input 2 to get all my sources balanced in.
