Rigging help.

Hya, wzup? i got this leg thing i want to control using IK with one simple goal object for the "foot". i got kinda stuck however since i don't know in which order i should parent the pieces to each other and wheter i will need nulls at the end of each section to define the pivot on the "other end" of each piece.
can somone guide me or tip me about a tutorial on this subject, please?

each segment of your 'arm' will pivot at it's own pivot point, you want to make sure that it is where you want it.
