Glowing Floor?

Some time back someone asked how to create a glowing floor. Perhaps similar to disco floors. Dang but I can't seem to locate the thread! I'd like to do the same thing and would like to review the tips again.

How about the Glow paramater in the Surface Settings? You'll have to turn on the Glow settings in Layout though.
