Syncronize Lips

Hi.
I'm looking for something(plug-in, or else) that syncronizes
the lips of character using sound and video file.
I've heard about Magpie Pro 2.0 but where can I find it?

Kaydara's motionbuilder will also do lipsyncing, whether sound file input or direct talking.

MagpiePro2 is now in the Beta4 version. It now has two recognizers, one based on amplitude and the other based on phonetic labelling.
