Loading Backdrop presets...

Hmm, I'm having trouble loading the preset I saved for my backdrop. I'm on Lightwave 7.5 on OS X.2.8 if that makes a difference.
Basically I can easily save the presets via the displa options, but come time to load them, the file (which doesn't seem to have an extension by the way) is grayed out and un-clickable.
Am I an idiot?

It's also useful to remember when you Save Current Backdrop, is to add the '.cfg' extension. Otherwise when trying to load it again, the File Requester won't see the file, unless you select 'Show All Files'. Adding the extension resolves this problem.
