PAL slow-motion stobing

Is any other PAL VT[3] user experiencing a problem with slow motion when overlay is on or during cropping? The slow motion appears to be smooth until I try to overlay an image or I crop the image, at which point it develops a subtle jerky motion. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this, before I report it as a bug.
