Well, the first thing I would suggest is to do a complete walk cycle meaning, make sure your first frame of the cycle on all of your keyframes is identical to the last frame. Right now it' pretty jerky and hard to see what exactly is going on.
Is it a man or women? With all that hair, it's hard to tell. But it's important since men and women walk a little differently.
But just going off of what you have, I think the side to side motion of the shoulders is a little too much. That's not necessarily saying they're swinging too far either way, it's just that it should be reflected somewhat with the rotating of the hips which I don't see any of. Generally when one arm swings forwad, the hip on the same side is rotated somewhat to the back as the opposite leg is coming forward. It helps with the balance of the walk.
The arm swing is ok but it's too even. You need to use a little ease in and ease out. The arm should slow a little as it reaches the end of it's swing before accelerating back the other direction. You can do this either by adjusting your curve in the graph editor, or adding another keyframe in the arm swing to slow down the swing at the end.
Right now, it's a little lumbering. If this were a caveperson, I would say you were doing pretty good. It's not bad though and just needs some refinement.
