JOB DESCRIPTION: Midwest Media Group, Inc., a leading provider of computer and technology solutions for the media and entertainment industry is searching for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding technical services team in Chicago, Illinois.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, have strong knowledge of the Newtek Tricaster video production systems, and be familiar with all aspects of live/post production workflows.
Experience servicing and supporting Macintosh and Windows based non-linear editing solutions (Avid, Autodesk, Apple) and other digital new media workflows would be considered a plus.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Performing system demonstrations to prospective customers
- System Integration and On-site Installation
- System Workflow Orientation and Training
- Providing On-Going Technical Support for new and existing client base.
Occasional travel is necessary for this position.
