Looking for suggestions to make this more photo realistic looking. I can't seem to get enough depth on the meters

highlights on the meter cover part
or maybe not...

The meter windows could use a bit of reflectivity (with a map) to make them more glass/plastic like... You may also want to try a shader on it as well... like Fresnel or BDSF... Maybe a bit of reflectivity on the meter plate as well...

I added some reflection to the meter surface and inset the meters more. Is there anything else?

I think your wood texture could use some work try scanning in some actual cheap wood insted of useing procedurals) and it seems that the whole image needs more specular highlights (except the glass/plastic). It does look good though... nice job.
