I disagree, I think the scale is fine. Future: big screen tvs, big windows, big rooms. The only thing I dislike is the carpet texture. Too blurry.
I need feed bad criticism please other wise i can move foward

There's something messed up about all the gray. It looks like parts of the buildings are cell shaded. Also it looks nasty because it's not anti-aliased.

Here's some crit's for ya..
1) the circle building in the front looks hollow.
2)the yellow building in the background breaks up into zipzag lines.
3) the lights along the roadways may be too bright. You might want break them up into dotted line instead of solid lines. (That city must a large electric bill!)
4) No atomsphere! The streets are the brightest and it gets darker as you higher.
Hope that helps ya.;)
k the zip and all that stuuf is becuase its render with out anti aliasing
I will adjust light intensity on the lights along the road way so it will not look like a straight line its actually broken
and i thanx for the tip about the atmostphere

Always render with anti-aliasing even if it is low, but never keep it off.
Also are you using the default zoom on the camera? play with it to give a better depth. by Default it is wid angle and it makes every thing look flat. Change some textures [even if you have not start surfacing yet] to give a break up of the buildings they melt into each other.
