I am having the same problem with feedback agent as shown here:

I'm currently sitting here with a feedback agent report to send, and stuck.
If I leave the SMTP server settings blank it doesn't work. If I fill them out with my gmail information, then there isn't a supported authentication method.
Is there a Newtek smtp server that can be used instead, or some alternative way to get the feedback agent report in? (and can feedback agent be updated to work with gmail and/or other servers that require encryption?, or to send via MAPI?)
I'm guessing I can just email the ...\AppData\Local\Temp\Lightwave.dmp
with the same subject and brief description in the body of the message to somewhere?
