Plug in not showing after crash

Hey guys so I just added this UV imaginator plugin, and after a little while of using it, my model editor crashed cause I accidentally hit something wrong. and now no matter what I do, the plug in wont show up in the list anymore. Ive tried adding it again, but no matter what, it wont show up. any help?

Delete your configs, start again and rescan your plugins.
