Release Notes Missing?

I installed VT3 GM from CD, then updated to Patch 1 (4679) at the same time. I do not see release notes for either version in the install directories. Does anyone know where they can be located?

I did print out the VT[3] Update 1 notes from the download site, however. So mostly looking for VT3 GM (version?) notes.
