Little Head subject

Hy people,

This is my second head y ame making, don' know if it's any good and would like to have some critzzz if its lacking something or not.

The head looks good, but the texture is too symetrical. UV map it to the head so that it follows the curves of the face. It is a nice texture, so placing it more realistically will help.
