Transmitter model

This is a project I am working on for my employer. I need to know 2 things. 1 where can I find a digital display font I can use in the green display area. and 2 I need to make the blue area look like a painted casting. Does anyone know the procedural texture to use and what settings? I've been play around with them for days and I just can't get it right. Thanks for any input you can provide.

for the font: try this site (http://www.1001fonts.com/fonts_overview.html?page=1&category_id=5) this link goes directly to some FREE fonts (pixelated, i think those are best for such a screen) but they have other categories there! look around, they have many different fonts :D for the paint: i don't know... i'm more a modelling than surfacing guy :p
