Loading DLL files

Is there any way to load a plugin, that has a DLL extention, into LW8.5? I am trying to load the pluging msCatsUVflipH. I'm using Windows Vista running 32 programs. I am totally frustrated...having tried to find a solution for the past two-weeks. I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

I may be wrong but I thought the LW plugins were all .LS or .P extension. Also, after an internet search it looks like that plug-in is for Milkshape, not LW....

Rename file, or use All Files in Add plug-ins requester to turn off filtering..
