Hi,

I'm the technical director of a Brazilian webcasting company named Atitude and we're long-time Tricaster users.

We're involved in a last-minute project that is happening in Houston, TX on Feb. 22nd and 23rd 2011, for which we need to hire a small production crew and equipment as follows:

- 1 Tricaster (any version, HD not necessary) + operator
- 3 Mini-DV Cameras + 1 operator (I'll explain why only one operator below)
- 1 small lighting kit
- 2 lavalier mics
- 1 small sound mixer

Project Scope:

We'll have 2 people in a videoconference room, presenting a live lecture via videoconference connection between Houston and Brazil. The videoconference devices and personnel will be there (so this is not part of the AV production crew).

Presenters will be standing still, in a table. We'll have 2 of the cameras pointed at each presenter and 1 open shot, showing both. The cameras can be positioned one right beside the other and all the operator needs to do is set them up and "keep an eye" on them, just to make sure they are properly framed. The Tricaster operator should simply do the cuts and record that onto the Tricaster. Everything should be shot and recorded in standard definition, 4:3 aspect ratio.

That videoconference audio + video will then be webcasted onto the internet by my team, here in Brazil, using our own webcasting platform. This is our everyday business, so you don't need to worry about that.

The videoconference technicians on the room will assist you in connecting the Tricaster with the videoconference unit via Composite or Y/C cable. The sound mixer should output the audio to the videoconference unit via XLR cable, necessarily.

In other words, the project is quite simple to operate, in a small, still and controlled environment.

The actual event hours are:

On Tuesday, Feb. 22nd
From 3 PM to 6 PM (Houston time)

On Wednesday, Feb. 23rd
From 4:30 PM to 7 PM (Houston time)
