Liveset creation for TCXD300

Sorry for yet another topic on creating livesets for the TCXD units.

I remember reading that there was some form of compiler that took any 32-bit TGA (or was it TIFF?) from any type of program and compiled it into a Liveset. It may have been a command-line tool. I believe I read this on this forum, but I can't find the topic again. Can anyone tell me if this product exists (not a LW plugin or the soon-to-be-released Liveset editor) or if I have confused this with another tool (SD tricasters only, maybe?)

Yes I've read that page and will send an email out tomorrow (it's rather late here in Japan) but I was hoping someone could tell me where I had gotten this 32-bit image idea or if I imagined it. If I did not imagine it, then it came from a page in this forum and I'd like to know which one. The post specifically mentioned that LW wasn't necessary and that 32-bit images were needed. Basically, am I crazy or not?
