fabric closeup..simple method

Hello, does any one know how to get that fabricy fuzzy look (not hairy) as if i zoomed in 100000 x times into a towel. but it needs to be geometric...sort of like those persil ads.

You could try the shades from here. I don't remember all that they have but there are quite a few.
