Hi res satellite imagery and relief maps, where can I obtain?

I need to do a 3D fly through of Scotland for a client, so I'm looking for hi res satellite imagery (doesn't need to be super hi res, just enough to look realistic in HD as I fly over it from altitude) and some relief map data to go with it.

Anyone got any ideas where I'd find such a think in the UK?
