how do you use motion mixer?

Max, looking at the number of questions you've posted recently I think you need to slow down and take one thing at a time. A lot of this stuff can be found in the downloadable manual, and with a bit of common sense. The Html manual seems to have a pretty good section teaching you how to use motion mixer, so I would suggest reading that first.

People are going to get sick of spoon feeding you awfully quickly. Try to get something working yourself, as this will make your questions much more focussed and you'll learn more that way too.
