Maybe it's just the frontal view, but the model seems more square than the ref. image you posted, the forehead - > cheekbones is almost straight down, should maybe curve more like the ref image. Also would help to add that hair modeling to hide the square flat top :)

Hello!
Your Wolf is very nice. But you must make other part of body. In my dog objects some parts of body are separated. Becouse this is easy to make.

Not wanting to sound like a bad guy.
I think you have a proportion issue with the arms/neck. The arms have no shoulder definition, and seem out of place because of it. Either that, or they are too skinny for the beefy football player trapezius muscles. I don't think the neck itself is wrong, but the angle of descent to the arms is too shallow, and goes out too far. I drew over your image:

In my project dogi style i made jacket like that....
I have selected few faces, copied them to another layer, then enlarged and filled. That made the jacket fit the object perfectly.

I agree with other folks. Your portions are way off here. If this is a cartoon character, you can get away with a little bit of that, but generally you still want to keep the same sort of ratio, even if you change the actual scale.
Your arms are still too skinny compared to the legs. For example, I'm attaching an image of a cartoon wolf I did a while ago.
And, uh, what's with the cutout? Wait, nevermind, I don't want to know...

ya know max, for a while you had a lot of questions and i hadn't seen any of your work. i wondered if i ever would
but your progress on this is promising, and i look forward to seeing more.
it's good to be wrong sometimes.
