There's been another shoulder deformation thread pop up on CGtalk this alst week that Ive been participating in.

Its very much a "theory" thread, and has input from guys using max, maya, c4d, and ofc, myself using LW.

There's some good info and ideas in it, and since the theory is pretty much none package specific, i thought I'd point it out for any who may find the info helpful.
