Stranges render Issus

I have to reinstall lgw now from win 64 to win32
after this I get this issus when I render my drink.
I dont get this to win 64 only to win32 now how shuld I do ?

Looks like it's running in discovery mode to me.

Check you have:

1) Installed the Sentinal dongle drivers

2) Dongle is plugged in

3) License key file is in the right place

Now its works nice :) but that you can se to the glas I cant rebuild like the movie I have setup all like the movie glas but cant get the reflicition nice can you help me with this ??

Do you have something for the glass to reflect? I only see a grey background.
