Here is a close-up. I've got to do a little tweeking to the specular map then creat some eyes, cloths and a few scrawny hairs :)
oh ya, I've still gotta paint the inside of his mouth.

Shape is good, texturing is interesting and effective, legs and feet are excellent.
But for me the bony horns look stuck on and really fake - particularly the bone niplles, which are frankly silly.

starbase1, interesting observations.
I will try and blend the horns into the skin more... I kinda liked the sharp cutoff but maybe they need to blend in better. I will add some grunge around the base of them.
I had a differant model version with no horns at all, I actually might like that better.
I'm going to remove the horns on the chest, I don't want anything to be silly about this thing, its gotta be evil.
Max Wolf, hehe, thats an idea I might experiment with!
Thanks for comments, they are allways welcome.

A big step in the right direction - now you only have to stop him molesting pot plants! :-)

I`m impressed with the texturing. You doing this in a 3D paint package?

Rory_L, thanks :)
Nope, I just used a standard uvmap and then hand painted all the textures in photoshop.
